Your Credit Card is Only Charged When Your Order is Confirmed
Our payment processing is managed securely through Stripe. When you place your order via credit card, we will reserve the amount. Once we have confirmed that your shipping container is ready for pick-up and delivery. We will then withdraw the funds.
Once the funds have been withdrawn you will receive a notification. At that point your order can be considered processed or completed.

Can I See a Photo of The Container I Am Purchasing ?
Unfortunately at this moment in time. Receiving photos is not feasible. Our suppliers guarantee structural integrity and not the physical condition of the used containers (including One-Trip). As a result, we also guarantee structural integrity, which includes; leak free, floors free of holes and doors in working condition. We do not make guarantees with regards to the cosmetic appearance of the container(s).
Used shipping containers will most likely always have surface rust, scratches, smaller dents, gouges on the floors or metal patches. Please have a look at our article on container conditions, where we clearly describe the potential cosmetic issues to be aware of when purchasing a used container.
How Does Delivery Work ?
When working with BlokAve you have two options:
- Depot Pick-Up: Permitting you have the necessary equipment (eg. tilt-bed / roll-off truck + trailer). This option is free of charge.
- BlokAve Delivery: We are able to facilitate the arrangement of delivery directly to your preferred location. Depending on your address, we will calculate the closest possible price. We will then confirm this by asking a few questions about your delivery location to decide the most economical option for your location / site. *From the date of the completion of sale. The buyer has 12 days to pick up the order, or have the order delivered to their preferred location. If you happen to live within 150 miles, we can generally co-ordinate deliver within 7 business days. Usually we can arrange faster, so please advise what you require and we will try to assist.
Do We Provide Financing ?
Unfortunately no, we do not currently provide financing. Feel free however to send us an email or give us a call. We may potentially be able to refer you to a few reputable financial service providers that can assist.
Where is My Container Shipped From ?
Your container will be shipped from the nearest possible intermodal depot. If needed, we can assist with the arranging of the most economical delivery option directly to your preferred location.
